About Our Founder — Tom Softa
Tom Softa has been in the plastering industry since 2004, learning the craft on scaffolds, stilts, and major job sites across Brisbane. In 2015, he launched his first company, delivering large townhouse and apartment developments across South-East Queensland.
By 2024, Tom refined his focus to what he does best, partnering with top-tier builders on high-end architectural homes and premium multi-residential developments, establishing BNE Plaster Co. The business is built on trusted B2B relationships, reliable project delivery, and an uncompromising passion for quality finishes.
